Dearest 12-1 (A letter to my appartment)-
I lovingly, yet begrudgingly cleaned you on the date of Saturday, November 11th 2006. I had gone on two (or three) weeks of protest because I was the only member of this household that cared enough about your appearance to clean you. And I broke down, because you had cans strewn about, a sink piled to the brim with dishes, and enough broken glass in your carpet to make my foot bleed more than two times. And I did an outstanding job. Your counters gleamed, I could see my reflection in the stove, and the carpet was nearly immaculate.
My dearest house, it is now Tuesday, November 14th 2006. You again have a sink filled to the brim with dishes, the carpet is looking dogdey, and the cans, glasses and snot rags are piling up again. I am unsure how to go about my buisness in the days to come, but just know, that though I am not cleaning you, nor speaking to any of my appartmentmates until this issue is resolved, I do love you.
